At The Party Room for Kids, there is a fixed price for the ‘party experience’ which includes our fully themed venue, entertainers, entertainment, synchronized music and event lighting, entertainment, party games with prizes, magic show, face painting, karaoke, your invitations and cutlery.

The ‘party package’ is A$990 (1.5 hour party) and A$1,190 (2 hour party) and includes:

  • Exclusive use of our magical fully themed venue with stunning internal themed draping, party lights and synchronized themed music.
  • A fully hosted party with two entertainers who manage all aspects of children entertainment from start to finish.
  • A complete party program including face painting, face gems, glitter nails and tattoos on arrival, magic show, games and activities, (dance moves for disco parties), karaoke session, bubbles & snow and spinning wheels with prizes.
  • Your very own on-site team of three hospitality staff to ensure everything runs smoothly for children and adults.
  • Altogether you have five onsite fully trained staff entertaining and managing every step of the party and the catering experience.
  • State of the art sound systems with theatre like music and themed songs played to  a playlist of your child’s favorite songs.
  • Themed props, decorations, prizes, standard plates and cups included.
  • ‘The Party Room for Kids’ digitally printed party invitation sent to your email for distribution to your party guests.

The party package price listed above does not include food, cakes, party bags, personalised posters and photography!

A deposit payment of A$495.00 (first instalment of booking fee for 1.5 hour parties) is required to “lock in” your party booking into our party calendar.  Once you have paid your deposit you can add your catering and cake options thereafter.

Please note we do not allow BYO food catering or outside food to be brought in to the premises purely for health and safety reasons. The exception is food for children with allergies. You may bring your cakes in as long as they have been made to commercial standards and are not a health and safety risk when they are brought in to the site. The customer will bear full responsibility for any risks to staff and guests arising from such BYO cakes and or BYO food. Please note, BYO cakes will incur a handling fee of A$29.

The Party Room has a whole range of cost effective food options to add to your party experience.  Our  kids “Standard Party Fare” menu, for example, is A$9.95/head (child) and includes all the food children love including colored jelly in glass pots with mini spoons, sausage rolls or mini margarita pizzas , fairy bread, popcorn and a fresh seasonal fruit platter.

The adults need not miss out either as we have a range of delicious freshly made gourmet sandwiches, fruit and cheese platters, Turkish bread and dips and watermelon wedges!

So there is a minimum charge of A$990 for your party and then you tell us what you would like to add for your food, cake and giveaways. This gives you the opportunity to tailor your party to the theme and in exactly the way you want. And if you need help with your selections, we are happy to provide a helping hand!
