THE PARTY RUNNING ORDER:

• Birthday child and family introduction to the room, the entertainers and some private family photos.
• Party host escorts the birthday family to view the grand centerpiece – Cake Table – more photos.
• Grand Reveal – Creating the “WOW” moment when the room door opens to all the birthday guests.
• Entertainers escort the children over to initial party activities – face painting, tattoos or face glitter.
• Kids play with the bubbles (from the ceiling) and spin the wheel to win prizes while waiting to get face painted.
• Magic show with the birthday child taking center stage if they wish!
• Dance games – musical statues and dancing activity.
• Party hosts escort the kids to the fabulous kids dining table.
• Dining Trolls style at our amazing kids dining table which seats upto 25 children.
• More musical games, activities and Karaoke (for the older kids) with an opportunity for all children to sing.
• The most important celebratory moment of the day – birthday song and cake cutting followed by cake serving.
• Finally a moment for some exciting memorable group photos.
• Then for the grand dance party when the kids and parents find a partner for the “Birthday Song” dance.
• Finally, birthday child and the entertainers hand over party bags and or return gifts.
• Party concludes. As we need to pack up, clean and prepare for the next party, please be time-mindful.
