The Party Running Order:
- Grand Reveal – Creating the “WOW” moment when the room door opens to the birthday family and all guests.
- Birthday child and family introduction to our entertainers.
- Party host escorts the birthday family to view the grand centerpiece – Cake Table – take family photos.
- Entertainers escort the children over to initial party activities – face painting, tattoos or nail glitter.
- Magic show with the birthday child taking center stage if they wish!
- Dance games – musical statues and musical cushions
- Party hosts escort the kids to the fabulous kids dining table.
- The most important celebratory moment of the day – birthday song and cake cutting followed by kids dining.
- Dining Stitch style at our amazing kids dining table which seats upto 25 children.
- More musical games, activities and Karaoke (for the older kids) with an opportunity for all children to sing.
- Finally, birthday child and the entertainer hands over party bags and or return gifts.
- Finally a moment for some exciting memorable group photos.
- Party concludes. As we need to pack up, clean and prepare for the next party, please be time-mindful.
