ABOUT THIS THEME
Welcome to the Halloween Secret Cave with giant flamethrowers, skeletons, candelabra and thunder and lightening! This is a sensational theme for Halloween or any birthday party wanting a touch of monsters, zombies, vampires or simply anything a little bit scary!
THE PARTY RUNNING ORDER:
- Birthday child and family introduction to our two disco entertainers, at which time some family photos are taken.
- Party host escorts the birthday family to view the grand centerpiece – Cake Table – more photos.
- Grand Reveal – Creating the “WOW” moment when the room door opens to all the birthday guests.
- Entertainers escort the children over to initial party activities – face painting, tattoos or face glitter.
- Kids play with the bubbles (from the ceiling) and spin the wheel to win prizes while waiting to get face painted.
- Warm up dance games to get the party started and then musical statues!
- Learning cool dance moves to super cool songs
- Dining Halloween style with Boudoir cushions or at our usual kids dining table.
- More musical games, activities and Karaoke (for the older kids) with an opportunity for all children to sing.
- The most important celebratory moment of the day – birthday song and cake cutting followed by cake serving.
- Finally a moment for some exciting memorable group photos.
- Then for the grand dance party when the kids and parents find a partner for the “Birthday Song” dance.
- Finally, birthday child and the entertainers hand over party bags and or return gifts.
- Party concludes. As we need to pack up, clean and prepare for the next party, please be time-mindful.
